1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
The costs of return shipping are borne by the buyer.
Please carefully check before purchasing whether you wish to keep the product.

2. Defective Products / Warranty Claims
If you receive a defective product, please contact us promptly by email at info@musa-vaporizer.com.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Under German law, consumers are entitled to claim remedies for defective goods within two years of delivery.
After inspection of the returned product, we will offer one of the following options, depending on the circumstances:
Repair (rectification of the defect)
Replacement (delivery of a fault-free product)
Refund, if repair or replacement is not possible or would be unreasonable
Important Information:
Please return the item in its original packaging, if possible.
You will receive a response within 3 business days after we have received and inspected the item.
In case of a justified defect, return shipping costs will be reimbursed in accordance with legal requirements.
- Excluded from the warranty: the power supply and the heating element, as these are consumable parts.
3. Return Conditions
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for online purchases.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery;
- If the item is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error, we cannot issue a refund.
Products that have already been used or damaged can only be returned if the use goes beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If there are visible signs of use (especially discoloration in the area of the heating element), this exceeds what is considered normal inspection of the product.
To enable a preliminary assessment of the product, please send a photo by email so that we can verify its condition and confirm the return.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers must cover all return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds only apply to the product price, if approved
For orders from the United States, a 15% import tax may apply, which is to be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
Please note that if a package is refused or not accepted, I cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred.
