WITHDRAWAL POLICY & RETURN GUIDELINES

Note: For orders placed online, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal directly via the
withdrawal function (“Withdraw from contract”) located at the bottom of every page on our website:

In accordance with § 356a BGB and EU Directive 2023/2673. When you use this online function,
we will send you an immediate confirmation by email with the content of your withdrawal
declaration, as well as the date and time of its receipt.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated
by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Musa Vaporizer,
info@musa-vaporizer.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear
statement. You may do so by:

• Using the “Withdraw from contract” button located at the bottom of every page on our website at
https://www.musa-vaporizer.com (direct online withdrawal, § 356a BGB) — this is the
quickest method and generates an automatic email confirmation with timestamp,
• Sending an email to info@musa-vaporizer.com,
• Using the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this document (optional).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the
withdrawal period has expired. No prior approval from us is required to initiate a return.

2. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where
the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB). This applies in
particular to mouthpieces and other components that have had direct contact with the user
after the seal was broken.

Testing without losing your right of withdrawal:
You may inspect and test the product to the same extent as would be possible in a physical
store — i.e. to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning. If you have used the goods
beyond what is necessary for such testing and this has resulted in a reduction in value, we may
claim compensation for that diminished value (§ 357a BGB). Your right of withdrawal itself
remains unaffected.

3. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including
delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method
other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no
later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless
expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have
provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return shipping costs:
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping
method.

Compensation for diminished value:
If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature,
characteristics and functioning, and this has caused a reduction in value, you are liable to
compensate us for that reduction. This does not affect your right of withdrawal.

4. RETURN PROCEDURE

Please proceed as follows:

• Declare your withdrawal — via the “Withdraw from contract” button at the bottom of any page on
our website, by email, or using the model withdrawal form. No prior confirmation from us
is required.
• Pack the product securely, preferably in the original packaging.
• Ship the return using a trackable delivery method to the return address listed on our
website.

Note: You are welcome to send us a photo of the product beforehand to help expedite the
process. This is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for exercising your right of
withdrawal.

Upon using the online withdrawal function, you will receive an automatic email confirmation
immediately, including the date and time of receipt of your withdrawal declaration.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

• The cost of return shipping is generally borne by you as the buyer.
• Original outbound shipping costs (standard delivery) will be refunded in the event of a
valid withdrawal. Any surcharge for an upgraded delivery option chosen by you will not
be refunded.
• In the case of a valid warranty claim (see Section 6), return shipping costs will be
reimbursed in accordance with statutory requirements.

Note for orders from the USA: Import duties may apply upon delivery and are the buyer’s
responsibility. If a parcel is refused or not accepted by the recipient, we cannot be held
liable for any resulting costs or losses.

6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / STATUTORY WARRANTY

If you receive a defective product, please contact us promptly at info@musa-vaporizer.com.
Your statutory warranty rights remain fully unaffected by these terms.

Under German and EU law, consumers are entitled to a statutory warranty for defective goods
for a period of two years from delivery. Following inspection of the returned item, we will
offer one of the following remedies as appropriate:

• Repair (rectification of the defect),
• Replacement (delivery of a defect-free item),
• Refund, where repair or replacement is not possible or would be disproportionate.

Note on wear parts:
The power adapter and heating element are subject to natural wear and tear. Defects arising
solely from normal use and wear are not covered by the statutory warranty. However, defects
that were present at the time of delivery are fully covered.

In the case of a valid defect, return shipping costs will be reimbursed in accordance with
statutory provisions. We will respond within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the
returned item.

7. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (B2B)

The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers (private individuals).
Returns or refunds for business customers are only possible upon individual prior agreement.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE EU)

Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal described in this policy is governed by German and EU consumer protection law and applies fully to customers within the European Union.

For customers outside the European Union (including but not limited to the USA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, and Australia), the following applies:
• The 14-day right of withdrawal described above is offered voluntarily and as a gesture of goodwill. It is not a statutory requirement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Original outbound shipping costs will not be refunded for non-EU orders, unless otherwise required by the applicable law of your country.
• Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the buyer.
• Import duties, customs fees, and taxes incurred upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
• If a parcel is refused or unclaimed by the recipient, we cannot be held liable for any resulting costs, losses, or return shipping fees.
• Statutory warranty rights may differ depending on your country of residence. Where local mandatory consumer protection laws provide greater rights than those stated in this policy, those local rights shall take precedence.
