1. Scope and Contract Formation<\/strong><\/h2>

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop musa-vaporizer.com<\/strong>.<\/p>

By clicking \u201cBuy now\u201d and completing the checkout, you submit a legally binding order<\/strong>.
You will receive an automatic order confirmation<\/strong> by email.<\/p>

We sell to both consumers (B2C)<\/strong> and business customers (B2B)<\/strong> worldwide.<\/p>

The contract language is English<\/strong>.
The applicable law is German law<\/strong>, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).<\/p>

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website and legally allowed to receive such products in your country. You agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.<\/p>

2. Prices and Payment<\/strong><\/h2>

All prices are in EUR (\u20ac)<\/strong>.<\/p>

As a small business under \u00a7 19 of the German VAT Act<\/strong>, we do not show VAT<\/strong> on invoices.<\/p>

We accept the following payment methods:<\/p>

    3. Shipping and Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>

    We ship worldwide<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Estimated delivery times:<\/p>

    • Germany<\/strong>: approx. 1\u20133 business days<\/p><\/li>

    • USA<\/strong>: approx. 2\u20133 weeks<\/p><\/li>

    • Other countries<\/strong>: may vary<\/p><\/li>

    • No shippment to Ukraine.<\/li><\/ul>

      Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout.<\/p>

      Standard insurance covers orders up to \u20ac 500. For higher-value orders, a small additional fee is automatically applied, giving your order coverage of up to \u20ac 2500 for extra peace of mind.<\/strong><\/p>

      In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred, such as customs duties, taxes or import charges. These are to be borne by the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.<\/p>

      For shipments to the USA, a 15% import duty and a \u20ac2 DHL service fee apply. These fees must be paid at checkout. No additional customs charges will be incurred and the package will be delivered directly to your home.<\/p>

      Please note that if a package is refused or not accepted, I cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred.<\/p>

      4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)<\/strong><\/h2>

      • For sealed hygiene products, returns are only possible if the product is unused and unopened<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

      • The costs of return shipping are borne by the buyer<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

      • Please carefully check before purchasing whether you wish to keep the product.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        We provide the statutory warranty<\/strong> under German law (generally 2 years for consumers).<\/p>
        We do not offer additional warranties<\/strong> beyond this.<\/p>

        • Injury to life, body, or health<\/p><\/li>

          • For consumers<\/strong>, the mandatory legal venue applies<\/p><\/li>
          • For business customers<\/strong>, the exclusive jurisdiction is our registered office in Germany<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            We store the contract text (order details and T&C), but it is not accessible to the customer online.
