1. Scope and Contract Formation

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop musa-vaporizer.com.

By clicking “Buy now” and completing the checkout, you submit a legally binding order.
You will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.

We sell to both consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B) worldwide.

The contract language is English.
The applicable law is German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website and legally allowed to receive such products in your country. You agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are in EUR (€).

As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act, we do not show VAT on invoices.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Advance payment via bank transfer

• Google Pay

• Amazon Pay

• Apple Pay
• Creditcard
• ACH

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

We reserve the right to adjust prices or currencies for international buyers.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

• Germany: approx. 1–3 business days

• USA: approx. 2–3 weeks

• Other countries: may vary

• No shippment to Ukraine.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout.

Standard insurance covers orders up to € 500. For higher-value orders, a small additional fee is automatically applied, giving your order coverage of up to € 2500 for extra peace of mind.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred, such as customs duties, taxes or import charges. These are to be borne by the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

For shipments to the USA, a 15% import duty and a €2 DHL service fee apply. These fees must be paid at checkout. No additional customs charges will be incurred and the package will be delivered directly to your home.

Please note that if a package is refused or not accepted, I cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

• For sealed hygiene products, returns are only possible if the product is unused and unopened.

• The costs of return shipping are borne by the buyer.

• Please carefully check before purchasing whether you wish to keep the product.

5. Warranty and Liability

We provide the statutory warranty under German law (generally 2 years for consumers).

We do not offer additional warranties beyond this.

Liability is limited to:

• Intent or gross negligence

• Injury to life, body, or health

• Breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten)

We accept no liability for misuse of the product.
Use is at your own risk.

6. Newsletter and Marketing

You may receive occasional product updates or newsletters — only if you have given explicit consent (opt-in).

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us.

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding CISG.

• For consumers, the mandatory legal venue applies

• For business customers, the exclusive jurisdiction is our registered office in Germany

8. Contract Storage and Access

We store the contract text (order details and T&C), but it is not accessible to the customer online.
You will receive an order confirmation by email that includes the main contractual information.
